At Artsaics, we are committed to providing high-quality mosaics, natural stone, tile, and custom-fabricated products. The following policy outlines our limited warranty overage, product inspection requirements, and claims procedures.
Artsaics warrants that products manufactured by Artsaics will be free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. This limited express warranty applies solely to the condition of the material as delivered and does not extend to installation, workmanship, or subsequent product performance.
Products manufactured by third parties are subject to the original manufacturer's express warranty, if any, to the extent such warranty is available or transferable to the purchaser.
Artsaics makes no additional express warranty on third-party products and does not assume the original manufacturer's warranty obligations, except as required by applicable law.
Natural stone, marble, glass, porcelain, and handcrafted mosaics may exhibit
variations in color, veining, shade, texture, thickness, dimensions, and
finish.
Natural fissures, mineral inclusions, and minor irregularities are inherent
characteristics of these materials and do not constitute manufacturing defects
when within normal material and manufacturing tolerances.
All materials must be inspected by the purchaser and installer before installation.
Visible defects, damage, shortages, or discrepancies must be reported to Artsaics in writing within 7 calendar days of delivery and before installation.
Installation constitutes acceptance of reasonably observable product conditions. Claims involving visible defects discovered after installation may be denied, subject to applicable law.
If a suspected defect is discovered during installation, work must stop immediately, and Artsaics must be notified.
Artsaics is not responsible for installation performed by independent contractors, including improper workmanship, tile slippage, lippage, uneven surfaces, grout inconsistencies, substrate conditions, or improper installation techniques.
Purchasers and installers are responsible for ensuring that products are suitable for their intended application and installed according to applicable industry standards.
Custom-designed, made-to-order, and specially fabricated products are noncancelable and nonreturnable once production begins, except as required by
applicable law.
All warranty claims must be submitted in writing with proof of purchase, photographs, and a description of the alleged defect.
Artsaics must be provided a reasonable opportunity to inspect the material before corrective work is undertaken.
For verified manufacturing defects in Artsaics-manufactured products existing at delivery, Artsaics may, at its discretion and subject to applicable law, repair, replace, or refund the affected material.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Artsaics shall not be responsible for installation labor, removal, reinstallation, project delays, loss of use, or incidental or consequential damages.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
This policy applies to products sold by Artsaics subject to these terms and
applicable federal and state laws.
No modification of this policy is valid unless expressly authorized in writing by Artsaics.
