| Material Variations: |
Natural stone, marble, glass, porcelain, and handcrafted mosaics may vary in color, veining, texture, thickness, dimensions, and finish. Natural fissures, pits, mineral inclusions, and minor irregularities are inherent characteristics and do not constitute defects when within normal tolerances. All dimensions are nominal. |
| Inspection & Installation: |
All materials must be inspected before installation. Visible defects, damage, shortages, or discrepancies must be reported in writing within 7 calendar days of delivery and before installation. Installation constitutes acceptance of reasonably observable conditions. Products must be installed according to applicable TCNA and natural stone industry standards. Natural stone should be blended during installation for a consistent appearance. |
| Installation Responsibility: |
Artsaics is not responsible for independent installer workmanship, tile slippage, lippage, uneven surfaces, grout inconsistencies, substrate conditions, or improper installation techniques. Installation must stop immediately if a suspected defect is discovered. |
| Sealing & Maintenance: |
Natural stone should be properly sealed before and after grouting, as appropriate for the material. Clean with mild, nonabrasive, pH-neutral products. Avoid bleach, acids, and harsh chemicals. Remove spills promptly and maintain surfaces regularly. |
| Specialty Products & Suitability: |
Products with epoxy backing may require special installation methods. Purchasers and installers are responsible for verifying setting-material compatibility, slip resistance, and suitability for the intended application. |
| Limited Warranty: |
Artsaics-manufactured products are warranted against manufacturing defects existing at delivery only. Third-party products carry the original manufacturer's express warranty, if any, to the extent available to the purchaser. Custom and made-to-order products are nonreturnable once production begins, except as required by law. |
| Claims & Liability: |
Claims must be submitted in writing with proof of purchase and photographs. To the extent permitted by law, Artsaics is not responsible for installation, removal, reinstallation, labor expenses, project delays, or incidental or consequential damages. Applicable legal rights remain unaffected. |
